Sealers Gold Matt (dry) Finish is a premium grade eco-friendly multi-surface impregnator that penetrates into the surface to protect against oil and water-based stains.
SEALER'S GOLD MATT (dry) FINISH is a highly effective multi-purpose indoor sealer for stone. It has been developed to offer excellent sealing and oil & stain resistance to ALL types of indoor stone surfaces, including slate, limestone, granite, quartz, sandstone, travertine, marble and more. SEALERS GOLD saves you time and money: one sealer does it all!
Sealer's Gold Matt (dry) Finish is suitable for most internal porous textured stone and masonry surfaces. Not recommended for use on highly polished, ceramic/glazed or non-porous surfaces.
HOW TO APPLY:
- Before use, remove any loose debris from the work surface and ensure you have adequate safety wear, i.e gloves, suitable protective eye-wear, face mask & clothing.
- Importantly, we always recommend performing a small test application in an inconspicuous area prior to use. This will indicate the suitability and effectiveness of Sealer's Gold Matt (dry) Finish for your surface.
- In addition, please make sure the surface be completely clean and dry before application.
- After that, apply generously and evenly with a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush or sponge, removing any excess sealer with a dry cloth after 20 to 30 minutes.
- Next, apply a second application after approximately 45 to 60 minutes, repeating the process. The sealer is highly effective, however, please note that it will take at least 24 hours before the product offers full protection. In the meantime, keep the surface free from water and oil spills, as stains may occur before the sealer has fully cured.
Please Note: Above all, areas not to be sealed must be protected with masking materials. It is strongly recommended when using coloured grouts that a stain test is completed before proceeding.
MAINTENANCE:
To sum up, clean sealed areas with a mild, ph neutral cleaner or a very low concentration of our indoor cleaner range. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents as this can have a negative effect on the treated surface.
COVERAGE:
Apply undiluted, up to 30 mē per litre per coat. This is dependant on the porosity of the surface. Check the surface after application to ensure the full effectiveness of the Sealer's Gold Matt Finish.

PRECAUTIONS:

P301+330+331: IF SWALLOWED: rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.
P302+350: IF ON SKIN: Gently wash with plenty of soap and water.
P305+351+338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
P309+311: IF exposed or if you feel unwell: Call a POISON CENTRE or doctor.
P332+313: If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice.
P337+313: If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice.
Q: Can the Essential Gold Matt Sealer be used on wall tile grout?
A: Although the product is primarily for use on natural stone substrates, there is no reason why I could not be used to seal wall tile grout.

If you need products delivered quicker, for a small additional charge, orders placed before 1 pm can be delivered via NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery to most parts of the UK, although this depends on the courier service under different circumstances.
If you need your delivery before the weekend, then please make sure you place your order using the NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery no later than 1 pm on Wednesday.
We would also like to make you aware that our couriers DO NOT deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays, so the NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery service is restricted to Monday-Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays).
Delivery cost for all Sample orders is FREE. Please note that we DO NOT offer the NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery service for SAMPLES. Most of our Samples are sent out via Royal Mail with a service of 2-4 working days for England & Wales. For other regions, please see the charts below.
