Professional Porcelain Tile Sealer For Indoor & Outdoor Use
PORCELAIN SEALER is a technically advanced, nano-coating sealer formulated for modern engineered porcelain tiles and paving. PORCELAIN SEALER is a simple one-coat, 100% breathable formula. The application will protect and inhibit organic growth, dirt and staining whilst enhancing the natural colours with a subtle sheen. Ready-to-use formula, quick drying and easy to apply. Not recommended for use on highly polished surfaces. PORCELAIN SEALER is a professional sealer for modern outdoor and indoor porcelain tiling. The safe, water-based formula creates a durable, clear soft sheen, scratch-resistant finish.
HOW TO APPLY:
Before use, remove any loose debris from the work surface and ensure you have adequate personal protection, i.e. gloves, suitable protective eyewear, face mask & clothing.
- NOTE: Following the instructions below, perform a small test application on-site in an inconspicuous area prior to use. This will indicate the suitability and effectiveness of the product for your surface. If unsuitable for your needs, DO NOT PROCEED.
- Before application, the surface must be completely clean and dry; also, you must ensure weather conditions are favourable before sealing externally. Application temperature range: 10° to 23°C
- DO NOT DILUTE. Apply Porcelain Sealer thinly and evenly with either a microfibre cloth, microfibre flat mop or paint pad, taking care not to leave application marks or allow the product to puddle on the surface.
- Allow a minimum of 2 hours drying time before walking on. The sealer will be fully-cured and attain full water resistance after 24 hours. If using externally, do not apply if rain is forecast within 8 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: This formulation is strictly a single coat application because it is a highly active micro-coating that bonds very strongly to impervious porcelain. Applying more than one coat to achieve the “desired appearance” will almost definitely result in application issues and product failure. Given the above, it is important the exact application instructions are followed.
COVERAGE:
Average coverage of 10 - 20m˛ per litre. Coverage will vary depending on surface texture and porosity.
MAINTENANCE:
Clean sealed areas with a mild, ph neutral cleaner. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents, which can harm the treated surface.

P262: Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing.

P301+330+331: IF SWALLOWED: rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.
P302+350: IF ON SKIN: Gently wash with plenty of soap and water.
P305+351+338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
P333+313: If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice.
STORAGE INFORMATION:
Store away from temperature extremes and direct sunlight. Use within six months of purchase. Once open, use within three months.

If you need your delivery before the weekend, then please make sure you place your order using the NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery no later than 1 pm on Wednesday.
We would also like to make you aware that our couriers DO NOT deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays, so the NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery service is restricted to Monday-Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays).
Delivery cost for all Sample orders is FREE. Please note that we DO NOT offer the NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery service for SAMPLES. Most of our Samples are sent out via Royal Mail with a service of 2-4 working days for England & Wales. For other regions, please see the charts below.
