Brick Waterproofer is formulated with technical synthetic resins that seal and protects brick surfaces. The sealer offers excellent water repellency and the Brick Waterproofer is a high performance deeply penetrating masonry cream.

Formulated With Synthetic Resins That Seal And Protect Brick Surfaces
Brick Waterproofer is formulated with synthetic resins that seal and protect brick surfaces. It is a high-performance deeply-penetrating masonry cream that offers excellent water repellency. Above all, it forms a strong barrier against damp penetration lasting up to 20 years. Masonry sealer cream is far more effective and lasts much longer than the waterproof paints and waterproof coatings that are typically available in DIY stores. Ideally suited for application to brickwork, stonework and most forms of unprotected masonry, it also retains the original "dry" appearance of the substrate.
Brick Waterproofer provides long-lasting protection from water penetration and the spread of dampness in masonry and brickwork. It does this by filling the porous voids within the substrate without blocking them.
Importantly, this means that the surface can still ‘breathe’ and release any trapped moisture. Providing an effective barrier to flooding as part of an existing flood protection system, this easy-to-apply formula can also certainly produce energy savings via increased thermal efficiency of the property.
Older properties can particularly suffer from penetrating dampness. For example, this can be expensive to fix, especially if it is left too long without being addressed. Brick Waterproofer is specially formulated to help prevent penetrating dampness on unpainted brickwork and masonry.
HOW TO APPLY:
- Remove any loose debris from the work surface before you start and ensure adequate safety wear, i.e. gloves, suitable protective eyewear, face mask & clothing. Minimum application temperature: 10°C
- Further, we recommend you perform a small test application on-site in an inconspicuous area prior to use. This will indicate the suitability and effectiveness of the product for your surface.
- Above all, please make sure that before application, the surface must be completely clean and dry. Application methods include a low-pressure sprayer, roller or natural fibre brushes.
- Apply the cream generously. Normally one coat is needed to ensure complete coverage. Moreover, it may be necessary to apply a second coat on more porous substrates. Do not dilute the product. Typically, you can expect the surface to be dry after 30-90 minutes. However, make sure you apply it when rain is not forecast for the next 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: Brick Waterproofer has been formulated to be colourless once cured. When it is applied to some substrates, slight darkening may occur - always perform a test first. Surfaces that are not to be sealed should be protected with masking material.
COVERAGE:
Dependent on surface texture and porosity, you can expect coverage of 5 - 10m² per litre per coat.

P309+311: IF exposed or if you feel unwell: Call a POISON CENTRE or doctor.
P332+313: If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice.
P337+313: If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice.

If you need products delivered quicker, for a small additional charge, orders placed before 1 pm can be delivered via NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery to most parts of the UK, although this depends on the courier service under different circumstances.
If you need your delivery before the weekend, then please make sure you place your order using the NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery no later than 1 pm on Wednesday.
We would also like to make you aware that our couriers DO NOT deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays, so the NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery service is restricted to Monday-Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays).
Delivery cost for all Sample orders is FREE. Please note that we DO NOT offer the NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery service for SAMPLES. Most of our Samples are sent out via Royal Mail with a service of 2-4 working days for England & Wales. For other regions, please see the charts below.
