Chapin 1949 Industrial Viton Seal Sprayer 13.2 Litre, with open head design is a Concrete Pressure Sprayer with 13.2 Litre tank capacity. This high quality, versatile concrete sprayer is the first choice for industry professionals who need to apply solutions such as solvent based sealers, concrete curing agents, release agents and waterproofing coatings. It comes supplied with a 1200mm reinforced hose with wand wide spray nozzle and brass pump.

Manufactured with a Tri Poxy Tank (powder coated) that gives triple protection against corrosion and rust and also gives the sprayer supreme durability against damage from dents. The Chapin 1949 Industrial Viton Seal Sprayer 13.2 Litre is a high quality concrete sprayer that is compatible with most professional concrete applications and extreme chemicals. The 13.2 Litre Chapin 1949 concrete sprayer is tri powder coated for supreme durability with a 100mm wide mouth for easy cleaning and re-filling. The large wide neck limits potential spillages and splashing when filling. The reinforced hose with a wand is 1.2m long with threaded fittings to create a secure connection terminating with a wide spray nozzle. The Chapin industrial Viton seal sprayer also features a Tri-Lock ergonomic pump handle that locks in place. The internal pump is made from brass.

Do these sprayers have Viton seals?
Yes, these sprayers have FKM seals (same as Viton, Viton is a registered trademark while FKM is the standard international name for these seals).
Are the nozzles adjustable?
Yes - most models include adjustable spray nozzles so you can switch between fine mist and jet spray, depending on your needs.
Are your sprayers battery powered or require electric?
No, currently all our Chapin sprayers are hand pumped pressure sprayers and do not need electricity to work.
How do I clean the sprayer after use?
After each use, rinse thoroughly with clean water to prevent residue build-up. For chemicals or oil-based products, flush with a suitable cleaning agent recommended by the chemical manufacturer.

For deliveries within the UK, we use couriers such as FedEx or APC, who have long-standing reputations for reliability and quality of service. Standard Delivery is typically 1-2 working days.

If you need products delivered quicker, for a small additional charge, orders placed before 1 pm can be delivered via NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery to most parts of the UK, although this depends on the courier service under different circumstances.
If you need your delivery before the weekend, then please make sure you place your order using the NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery no later than 1 pm on Wednesday.
We would also like to make you aware that our couriers DO NOT deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays, so the NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery service is restricted to Monday-Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays).
Delivery cost for all Sample orders is FREE. Please note that we DO NOT offer the NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery service for SAMPLES. Most of our Samples are sent out via Royal Mail with a service of 2-4 working days for England & Wales. For other regions, please see the charts below.
