Essential Tile and Grout Sealer Spray

EASY SPRAY ON APPLICATION

Essential Tile and Grout Sealer Spray works on both walls & floors, grout & tiles and can be applied immediately after grouting. Importantly, our fast-drying formula offers instant protection against stains and does not change surface appearance.

Essential Tile and Grout Sealer Spray is a VOC-compliant, solvent-based formula designed for deep penetration into the grout. Certainly, it protects against oil and water based stains while still allowing the surface to breathe. Overspray that does not penetrate the ceramic tile, porcelain, glass, stone or grout will dissipate and not leave any residue. Moreover, it is non-yellowing, long lasting and will not change the appearance of the surface.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Make sure the area is well ventilated before application and certainly ensure you are wearing personal protection equipment including gloves, eye protection and suitable vapour mask.
2. After that, make sure that the surface is thoroughly clean and free from waxes, sealants, or coatings of any kind.
3. Next, shake the can well and spray Essential Tile and Grout Sealer Spray 25-40cm from the surface. Apply the product evenly, wiping off any excess if spraying on to vertical areas.
4. To sum up, allow the product to dry for 1-2 hours and test an area after application using water droplets. If the droplets don’t bead on the surface but are absorbed, a second or third coat may be necessary to attain the desired performance.

COVERAGE:

Up to 15m² per 600 ml container

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Surfaces which are not to be sealed must be protected with masking material. Above all, do not apply sealer onto acrylic or stained surfaces, such as cabinets, as this may cause discolouration.

MAINTENANCE:

Subsequently, you can clean treated areas with water and a pH neutral cleaner. Certainly, do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents on treated surfaces.

Expected wear up to 20 yrs
This will vary depending on the type of surface, wear and proper maintenance.

Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
Use personal protective equipment as required.
Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell.
Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F.
Dispose of contents/container in accordance with national regulations.
